KobiZeka™ is a brand operated by AltruNode Technologies. All data collected through KobiZeka products and kobizeka.com is processed under this same Privacy Policy and by the same data controller.

  • Account credentials: username and encrypted password (for SaaS accounts)

  • Contract data: signed agreements, invoices, and service records

6. Payment Processing

AltruNode Technologies uses Stripe, Inc. to process payments for our services and SaaS products. When you make a payment:

  • Your payment card details (card number, CVV, expiry) are entered directly into Stripe's secure systems and are never transmitted to or stored by AltruNode
  • Stripe processes payments as our payment processor and is subject to its own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy
  • We receive a payment confirmation token, transaction ID, last-4 digits of your card, and billing address from Stripe
  • Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider, the highest level of payment security certification

We retain billing records (amounts, dates, descriptions) for accounting and legal compliance purposes in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our websites and services.
